Good morning all! I have a vintage card over on the Lisa B. Designs Blog today (one of my favourite themes!). I have used Imagination Crafts Rice Paper together with Starlights Paint, Sparkle Medium, a PaperArtsy stencil and some Heartfelt Creations Sunkissed Fleur flowers/stamps.
